Easy Vegan Pumpkin Pie
VeganEra  We thought that we would start the year of with a very yummi, but simple recipe....I mean, why not. No need to make things complicated if we don't have to.
Let's enjoy the fruits of the world and have some fun at the same time.
Time is short, life is even shorter - let's make the most of it and enjoy what we have, while we

have it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cans pumpkin
1T + 1 tsp. Corn starch
3/4 cup agave syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
1 package Pillsbury pie crust

Directions:

Crimp the top edge for effect. In a bowl, mix ingredients until well incorporated. Spoon half of the mixture into pan and bake in pre-heated oven at 420° for 15 minutes. Then drop oven temp to 350° and continue to bake for an additional 40 minutes.
