going into production of what we are calling the Kiddie - Cookie - Bookie. Due to popular demand, the CREW is putting together there latest book for kids.
The CREW have sourced all the greatest yummies being cooked up by mothers all around Australia.
Here is just a sample.
Ingredients:
Four 200gram Packets of Trident Udon noodles
4 Very Large mushrooms
Bunch of Silver beet
Pre seasoned Tofu 200grams
Massels chicken (style) stock Powder
Vegetable oil
Plain Flour
Black Pepper |

Directions:
1: Cut silver beet into thin strips and place in very large pot and boil
2: Dice Mushrooms and put a dash of oil in the frypan just enough for a thin layer on bottom of frypan, Fry mushrooms stirring when needed
3: When silver beet is nearly ready place udon noodles in the pot will only take 3 – 5 minutes for noodles to be ready.
4: Strain silver beet and udon noodles and place back in pot
5: Pour filtered water in with the mushrooms should be enough to cover mushrooms let it simmer for approx 5 minutes
6: Dice Tofu
7: fill a cup half way and then place a table spoon of plain flour in cup and mix well
8: Pour contents of cup in with the mushrooms and stir well
9: Add a table spoon or (more depending on taste) of Massels chicken (style) Stock Powder and stir
10: Add some black pepper and a dash of soy sauce and stir
Note: frypan should be almost full at this point, if not add more water and stock accordingly
11: Let mushroom and sauce simmer for 1 minute stirring intermittently
12: Pour contents of fry pan and tofu in with the udon noodles and silver beet
13: Mix and ready to serve
Serves approximately 6 meals - ENJOY!!
