The CREW saught some insipiration for this weeks cooking article after coming across a wonderful lady on the weekend that was raw.
While on our regular 'outs and abouts' spreading the beautiful veg message to the world, it is always so encouraging to come across people that share the same ideals as us.

Anyway, this week we reverted back to an old favourite that you can download free of charge when you susbscribe to the free Vegan Era Newsletter.
Actually, when we were out and about a lady asked us how we make money - and I replied with 'Good question." ha ha, we just love spreading the veg message.
ENJOY!
Ingredients:
Handful raw sunflower seeds
½ Handful goji berries
2 Tablespoon ground flax (lin) seeds
4 or 5 large Strawberries
1 Large Banana
Fresh berries
½ Peach, sliced
Fresh Mint
Rice Milk |

Directions:
Grind flax (lin) seeds; fro this you can use a mortar and pestle, or you
can use a food processor or blender to open the seed from its outer
shell.
The, with the fruit chop in to bite sized pieces, and place in bowl with
flaxseeds.
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl, and pour (1 cup) Rice milk,
and top with fresh mint.
