Taking A Step Back
Vegan Era  How did we get so caught up in this world? Isn't it amazing, how one day you look back on your life and think to yourself 'how did 30, 40, 50, 60, or even 70 years of my life just pass me by'.
In this physical world we get so lost in trying to improve our life by attaining material things like a new car, or house or boat; that we get totally immersed in our
own little worlds. It is not even our faults, how can it be. Mostly, we don't even know what is happening - we just go from one day to the next doing what we always do because; well, that is just what you do.

Recently, I have come across many aspects of my life and other people's life that have really stood out. Some of these have been stark contrasts - which confirms what direction you would like to go.

Some people around me are moving into bigger houses, closer to this or that. They spend so much time, money, energy and useless thoughts on trying to weigh this and that out - they soon lose sight of the bigger picture.
They get so immersed in their own BS that they forget about the world and what is really happening.

Taking the time to take a step back, and getting back to nature and doing what is good for this world is imperative. It helps you recharge your batteries and get back in line with your true self.
But it doesn't even have to be getting back with nature, it can be getting out that art set and creating a beautiful piece, or making an amazing piece of jewelry.

The action of you stopping, pausing and taking a breath and allowing the world to zoom by you is the most important thing.

You understand that you really don't need all these things in your life that just complicate things.
By taking them away, you realise 'hey, I am OK with all of that' It is such a liberating feeling.

So I encourage you this week to take the time out of your busy schedule to pause; take a breath and allow the world to pass you by, You understand that the world keeps on revolving even though you haven't checked your iPhone in the last 30 minutes.

Pause, and be one with the world again.
