US Recalls 864,000 Pounds Of Beef! Oh Why O Why Must We Kill?
What a question to start of the day; I have no idea what forces us to live in such a manner.
I will be honest with you, I have not always been a happy Veggie....Ohhh, you gasp.
Ha ha, Like much of the world's population I was raised with parents, who raised by their parents (so on and so forth) that feed meat to their children.
They find it hard, even now, and with 3 children possibly 5 who are happy veggies to accept the fact that you can lead a very healthy life eating a plant based diet. Even when you show them the facts, still they don't belive - or maybe it is not a case of not believe, but a case of not wanting to.
I can understand why, this world is so course - so harsh that if you are not ready to see the truth not willing to accept something and open your hearts, then it will be hidden from you. It is very amazing to see it happening - right before your eyes.
I remember my brother, who at the time had been a veggie for 5 years trying to tell me abou the benefit of leading a plant based diet. Do you think I listened....ha ha??? Hardly.
Know, I see. The meat industry, along with tabacco and alcohol companies are the leading causes of deaths around the world. Can you imagine if the world stopped all these harmful products - imagine the world we would live in. Ohhhh, it would be bliss.
No more killing, no more wars, no more greed or hunger or thirst. Our world would be Heaven on Earth.
Recently in the US, a Californian company recalled 864,000 pounds of Beef due to E Coli contamination. E Coli - recently left a young girl paralysed and it is estimaed she will be in debt over $2 Million US due to medical expenses. Do you think the meat company will be noble and honest and look after that bill for her?
Do you know what the scary thing is too - this is not even the largest beef recall - in the past 5 years, there have been 2 cases that have been larger than this.
And people feed this to their children!!! How selfish is such a case; if they want to harm themselves, then that is their issue. But when they harm their children - on purpose; what will happen to their soul.
There is no difference to feeding your child a packet of smokes, or a bottle of alcohol - the affects of you feeding that child a piece of meat is so harmful - it will lead to their death.
This has been a strong message, but I hope that you can see the message of Hope being told here too.
It is very simple; by you taking the steps in educating people and showing them the means to lead a better life - to have a better world we are helping the Human race.
So please, please, please for the sake of our world, for the sake our children for the sake of us.....
