Another week has passed us by, just as quickly as the last. The weeks are now blurring into months, and before we know it the year will be at an end. All too quickly does the hours and the minutes slip out of our fingers. And for what? At what point do we turn around and ask ourselves what we are doing...really? The Human mind
is excellent at
having us believe we are doing something amazing; when in truth we are just sitting at our desks watching the time pass us by so we can head out for a weekend of fun. Then hit repeat.
As you may have guessed, I certainly take the time to reflect on the world around us. The world in which we are all apart.
More and more recently I have witnessed the close connection we have with everything. The whole world closer and tighter than you think - we truly are bound to one another.
Though it is not just our fellow Human beings that we are bound, we are bound to our beautiful animal friends, the trees, the ocean....literally everything this world provides for us, we are attached to. There is no escaping that truth that what we do to another being has a great impact on ourselves and our Home.
When interacting with the world I am sometimes taken aback at just how spiritual we are. People understand the relationship between karma, or as the bible says 'as you sow, so shall you reap.'
But, in this, a horrifying truth comes over me- that although we all feel that attachment to Heaven, we forget how to utilise our true God Nature.
We forget that the most important goal whilst on this beautiful planet; we must not harm other beings, and be becons of Love. Everything else, the money, the job, the car, the house areall distractions. We get tangled in the web of illusion - and forget our true role as Humans on this planet.
I am constantly amazed of the giving nature of Humans. We only have to look how we react to disasters; the world unites as one and gives, gives, gives.
We truly do all have Heaven inside us.
Unfortunately, for some, we are going to wake up to what we have done to our Home to late. Only at the end are we going to look back on our lives and wish we had dropped our ego and listened to our friends and family talk to us about leading a compassionate life.
The soul wrenching truth; is that we are all almost there. We can all see it, we have heard it, we all know how to save our Home. But, the negative of this world drags us down.
It is understandable; it is so strong.
It can make our minds think that something is too hard or we won't be able to live if we do this or that.
In this realisation, I understood the beauty of it all. If we can make that simple change, and walk the path of light and beauty, and follow the line of past saints - all the angels of Heaven and God Hirmself will help us.
Really it is like this. Why shouldn't it be? Think about it - if you are doing that one loving, caring, beautiful act of saving another beings life - then why wouldn't the angels help us in our daily lives.
We are all connected; even the angels of Heaven and God almighty are one.
