In this Decade alone - we have witnessed three of the biggest tragedies our beautiful Home and wonderful Beings have experienced.
First it was the Tsunami that shocked Asia in 2004. 228,000 reported loss of lives occurred on that horrific day. Hurricane Katrina that rattled the U.S. and displaced millions of people.
Then this year, our world was once again rattled by a devastating earthquake in Haiti Initial tolls are coming in at 150,000 though it is expected to reach well over 200,000 loss of lives.
I do not want to harp on why this world is going through such retribution - besides you have probably had an earful from me over the time. Rather I want to run a special that looks at the amazing Human Spirit that comes together in times of need.
Recently, people all around the world have come together to lend their talents in helping the devastated region. Fire fighters, doctors, nurses, rescue experts and so on have all pledged their time to help those in need. It seems, that these beautiful people have not even battered an eye lid at it either - they just did it. No thought of anything else, just to help.
Look at what people around the world did that have not been affected - they put their money together to help these country try to re-build and help in anyway possible.
Actors, celebrities, singers, ordinary people came together to lend their support. A recent tele-thone was organised by Mr. George Clooney where many of Hollywoods most famous actor's came together to raise more money for the Haiti people in need.
There is a lot of negativity in this world - it is around us. You know it is there - but when you see this happen; people coming together to help those in need. It is very beautiful to see. Very beautiful to know that there is a lot of loving, positivity, caring people in our world.
There have also been amazing stories coming out of Haiti by the people that have been rescued. They have had to endure the most horrific experience to survive. Reports of people being trapped for over 10 days surviving on what ever they could.
One report noted a man surviving by sipping his own urine - he was rescued and is alive and well today.
We have so much beauty and grace that runs through our bodies and souls. We have the ability to be God - to share our God nature with the world. We at Vegan Era hope and pray that our world will wake up and realise the only way we can save our Home is to adopt a Vegan diet and stop all factory farming.
So please, please, please for the sake of our world, for the sake our children for the sake of us.....
