Before I get into this week's Editors Note; I wanted to share with you a very beautiful movie. It is called Imagine That - check out the video provided. It is so lovely, and makes us appreciate going back to our child like nature and enjoying the moment.
With that being said, the moment that our world is faced with is very scary.
Our Home has just witnessed another very horrifying disaster - this time in Chile, where over 300 are reported to have perished.
It was another earthquake - that it is said to have been hundreds of times more powerful than that of Haiti. Though as it was well over 20 miles under the earth's surface, the impact was not as fierce. Though, I am sure to the people that experienced this - it felt very real.
Following this was a tsunami warning sent globally.
Accompanied this is a massive freeze crippling New York with thousands without power. If you now include what has happened so far this year - how can we still not see what is happening right in front of our eyes.
It's not even something that is hidden, and people are trying to scare people with words like Climate Change. This is real, and Climate Change is real.
But, really so what - what is even the point in debating it any more. All that is doing is causing conflict and negative energy. Effectively what that is doing is stopping us from what we should be doing now.
And that is helping. What else can we do in this world. It seems the world has made up it's mind - and it makes me sad....every day. The pain and suffering that our fellow humans must be going through is immense.
Ok, so you think all this is enough - well get this. There has just been a discovery. A sunken city in Venezuela has just arisen.
That is right; a human induced water logging of a city has just completely dried and it has now re-appeared.
I know this has been a pretty heavy article, but it is a pretty heavy period of time that our Home is going through.
And it seems we have all made up our mind. I include myself in this because we all apart of this world. No matter what - we are bound.
And it seems we are going to experience what we have done to Her. It seems that the most important thing we can do for ourselves is to stop killing - and adopt the compassionate lifestyle. Through this, we can save our souls - to an extent.
Please, help those going through such hard times. Although it is not happening to you - it is happening to a fellow Human, and it is very real for them.
Our world could turn into anything we want. Intending to turn it into paradise then we have to turn to Truth, virtues and beauty, learn from enlightened beings, and look for noble ideals and inner wisdom. Then it turns into paradise.
Intending to turn into hell is also quite easy. Train all those growing, very innocent, very soft, very easily trained young people into soldiers, then later they will kill anyone! If not kill, they will abuse, beat, and turn their own family into a war zone.
If the family unit is not stable then the country will also be unstable.
