Welcome Girl On Raw Part 2
Vegan Era  Hi I’m Robyn, a 30 something Aussie flight attendant living in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia?? Yep I never thought I would end up here, although I have a very adventurous nature, the middle of the desert was never somewhere I thought I would end up but it just happened!
And yes life here is very different, but never a dull moment!
I have only been Vegan for just over 1 year, however diet has always been something I have
been conscious of for at least my adult life in particular, for good and bad reasons.

Some of the physical changes I have noticed since going Raw Vegan:

  • Effortless weight loss
  • Increased energy
  • Regular toilet stops J
  • Less sleep and more restful
  • Quicker recovery after excercise
  • Clearer skin
  • Stronger Nails

Some of the mental/emotional changes I have noticed since going Raw Vegan:

  • Clearer thinking
  • Less moodiness or depression moments
  • Increased consciousness and intuition
  • Increased compassion for my animal buddies
  • Increased awareness of my impact on the environment

So if you say that eating a healthy diet is too tough for you, you are too busy to prepare the food and you don’t have time. Think again! Do you have time to be unwell? I am a professional traveller and I make the time and the effort (yes it is hard sometimes) but my body repays me with more energy, little sickness (I haven’t even had a cold in 2 or 3 years and when I do get the beginnings of one around others who are dropping like flies, I bounce back before it even takes hold!)
