Nice to be back and fill you in on what is going on this week!! Firstly a very good friend of mine by the name of Roushini is hosting some great cooking classes! She is a fantastic cook, a vibrant beautiful soul whom is very giving of herself and her skills....so if you would like to learn some great new recipies, below is the information about what she is up to....I cook from Roushini's recipies all the time
after attending her classes and feel like a pro in the kitchen when I cook curries now thanks to her!! She also loves dancing, and I called her up the other day to ask her about a spice in her "Salsa" and she had just finished a "Salsa" class...so she was a bit confused as to what I was asking,and it was a funny conversation for a while!!

Cookimg Demonstrations With Roushini
Preparing every meal, every day home-cooked which is delicious, nutritious and cost effective
keeping one day a week to prepare weekly meals for self or the whole family
Involve the whole family (especially children) to prepare daily meals from scratch.
Making healthily and positive choices towards food and eating habits.
Preparing vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes and attending to your request.
Recipes for all dishes prepared will be available.
