The frightening fact is that due to today's diets, children are now being diagnosed. Something which has never occurred. The alarming fact, is the figure of 6,000 will greatly rise if we do not change.
The most frustrated part of these unnecessary deaths, is that they can be prevented by simply changing your diet. All you have to do is make a healthier dietary and lifestyle choice and your health problems will be fixed.
Doctors have found that by removing certain foods from your diet will greatly reduce your risk of getting diabetes. Most notably, trading that piece of meat for fruits and vegetables.
It has been established that the body needs to work harder to break down the protein compound in meat. This over-working increases your insulin receptors triggering the disease.
Also, by stopping eating a diet high in sugars and carbohydrates work wonderfully with a Vegan diet in preventing many diseases in your life.
