Everyday was exciting, waiting to see what the email would be about. The first day was great, with the recipe book, which has some fantastic recipes in it!!!
Learning how to use those
ingredients means having to follow the recipe pretty much as it is written, at least for me, and while getting used to them.
I have had some flops, but successes too.
I especially loved the emails that answered questions I had in mind but hadn’t asked, e.g. Soy, what is it about?, Getting your B12 as a vegan, iron? what about eggs? and honey? The honey was a good
one, as I hadn’t even given honey a thought in regard to compassionate eating.

We like to make the program a little bit of fun, so we have decided to include some cool videos that have Mandy and Dave introducing the program as well as some other cool little things.
We are also in the mix of packaging up our seminar that we present to the world. It is a very informative piece of media and includes a whole array of topics. Everything from health, to the environment to your beautiful soul. There is not much we don't cover.
Veganize Packs
When you embark on the beautiful journey, we have come across some people that get a little overwhelmed with all that they have to do. The reality it is not that big of a deal, however, it is the fact that you have to re-program your mind to look for something else.
